Sit on the floor and loop a towel over one foot at the first joint or the "ball" of your foot. Grasp one end of the towel in each hand. Keep your leg stretched out in front of you and gently pull the towel back toward your body. Resist slightly with your foot and then relax. Repeat this stretching, strengthening foot exercise 5 times for each foot.
